Place my order and am given a total of $38 and some change due to 'market value' on the wings. We look forward to our next trip to the eye doctor & lunch here!Ĭalled in an order for their 'special' SUPPOSED TO BE 15 wings, a 15 slice pizza and 15 garlic knots for $26.99. I had 2 Florentine & Husband had 2 sausage. Pizza slices came out quickly and hot! They were delicious. Now it's any pizza slices in the glass case, and a slight up charge for the specialty pizzas (white & Florentine are what I love, and they are worth the small up-charge). Before, the special was only for the regular pizzas (cheese, pepperoni, sausage). We each had today's special which is 2 slices of pizza and a drink for less than $8. We tried to come before seeing the eye doctor, but it was busy. But today, I had to get my glasses adjusted, and that office is across the street. I have not been up here in a long time, due to CoVid and not having a reason to travel so far north from home. The service continues to be excellent, and the wait staff is as friendly as before. They expanded! They now have tables in a large room for a large group, lots of booths, and high tops. I in no way can recommend this place to anyone. They scammed me out of a few dollars but lost a customer for life. I just can't see how anyone would say this is good for the price. I did order pickup but was there within 20 of calling the order in. The Buffalo shrimp was pure mush breading. The container I was given them in leaked the oil everywhere in the bag and the container had it all over the place too. bread it's self is flavorless and needs that bath of butter it was swimming in. Not deliciously crispy hard, I mean just hard like a rock. Garlic knots were burnt amd hard all around the outside. What I was charged when I walked in, $4.75 and $11.49!!!! I questioned this and was immediately given a recipet like thats what was advertised? I am positive this isn't the first time this scam has played out. Menu on Google has these priced at $3.25 and $7.99, thier actual website has them priced at $4.00 and $9.49. I ordered a half garlic knots and a Buffalo shrimp. I'll preface this with I only ordered garlic knots and Buffalo shrimp, but I'm glad that's all I ordered.įirst off, I was way OVERCHARGED.
